Hailed as one of the Top 10 “Can’t Miss” Classical Musical Festivals in the US by NPR, Bravo! Vail is the only Festival in North America to host three world-renowned symphony orchestras in a single season. For six weeks every summer, internationally acclaimed soloists join The Philadelphia Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic, and the Dallas Symphony featured in programs of the great classics, plus jazz and pops. Stellar chamber music artists, including members of all three resident orchestras, come together in a diverse and eclectic chamber music series. Through world-class performances, dedicated leadership, and generous support from the community, the Festival has grown from a handful of attendees to an annual audience of more than 60,000. Since 2007 The Philadelphia Orchestra has presented six concerts as part of its annual Vail summer residency.
